By accessing and using the midaz.lk website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms”).
These Terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website. If you are using the Website on behalf of an entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of such entity.
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein, you must not access or use the Website.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

All content, logos, and images on midaz.lk are the intellectual property of midaz.lk . You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

- To access certain features of the Website, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to midaz.lk without prior notice for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
1.Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Website.
2.Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.
- The unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of personal or confidential information about other users
Return and refund conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Midaz.lk packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned.
Note– It is important to indicate the order number and return number on the return package to avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process.
If a product is returned to us without a valid reason, we reserve the official right to resend it back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. The terms and conditions are valid from the date of publication.
